Wedding Bharat (weddingbharat.com) is an Indian wedding vendor marketplace. Couples search photographers, decorators, caterers, planners and other wedding vendors by city and category, then contact them directly on WhatsApp — no middleman and no commission. It is not a matrimony or matchmaking site.
Is Wedding Bharat a catering company?
No — Wedding Bharat is a wedding vendor marketplace. We do not cook or plan events ourselves; we connect you with independent vendors across catering, planning, decor, photography and more.
How do I find vendors on Wedding Bharat?
Search by city and the type of vendor you need to see who is listed there. Open a vendor's profile and contact them directly on WhatsApp — no middleman, no commission.
Which cities does Wedding Bharat cover?
You can search for vendors in any city across India. Wedding Bharat is an early-stage marketplace onboarding vendors city by city, so availability varies by location — search your city to see who is currently listed, and more are joining over time.
Can I compare vendors before booking?
Yes. Save up to three vendors to your comparison tray, review pricing side-by-side, and share shortlists with family on WhatsApp.

How do vendors receive leads?
Two ways. Couples who send a request for your service in your city arrive as enquiries in your dashboard's Leads page, and we alert you on WhatsApp. Couples can also unlock your WhatsApp number on your profile and message you directly; those chats happen on your WhatsApp, so they show only as a count of contact unlocks on your dashboard.
How do I list my business on Wedding Bharat?
Register from the List Your Business button: your business details and GST number, then an account. We review your details, your profile goes live within 24 hours, and couples who find it contact you directly on WhatsApp.
What does it cost to list my business?
Nothing for the first 6 months. After that, a monthly plan if you want to continue: Starter ₹149, Growth ₹249 or Pro ₹449. 0% commission on your bookings, always, and nothing renews by itself.
What's included in each plan?
Starter covers your main city with up to 4 portfolio photos. Growth lets you be listed in up to 5 cities with up to 7 photos. Pro covers all of India with up to 10 photos. See the full comparison on the Pricing page.
How am I billed?
Billing is manual, by UPI. There's no card on file and no automatic renewal, so nothing is charged unless you complete a payment yourself. You can see your plan and payment history under Plan & billing in your vendor dashboard.
How do I change my plan or cancel?
Email contact@weddingbharat.com with your business name. To cancel, simply don't renew when your paid period ends; your listing and leads continue until then. We don't delete your listing: it moves to a lower-visibility tier, so you can come back easily.
Can I get a refund?
Listings are free for 6 months, so there's nothing to refund during that time. Plan payments are final once processed, because your listing keeps working as soon as you pay. The exception is a billing error on our side, such as a double charge or a wrong amount: email contact@weddingbharat.com within 30 days with your business name and the UPI reference (UTR) or a payment screenshot, and we'll correct or refund it. Is my payment protected?
Wedding Bharat is a vendor marketplace, not a payment processor — we don't hold or release funds. You pay vendors directly, the same way you would any independent service provider, so agree on invoices, receipts or milestone payments as part of your own conversation with them.
